นโยบายการส่งมอบสินค้า (Delivery Policy)

อัปเดตล่าสุด 24 ตุลาคม 2026 · Tricks Up Salary (tricksupsalary.com) ดำเนินการโดย Yuparat Chuenbamroong ขายสินค้าดิจิทัลและบริการออนไลน์เท่านั้น ไม่มีการจัดส่งสินค้าทางไปรษณีย์ และไม่มีค่าจัดส่ง

1. สินค้าดิจิทัล (เทมเพลต คู่มือ เครื่องมือ)

  • ส่งมอบเป็นลิงก์ไฟล์ (Canva, Google Drive, Google Sheets หรือหน้าเว็บคู่มือ) ทางอีเมลที่ให้ไว้ตอนสั่งซื้อ หรือทาง Messenger
  • ส่งภายใน 24 ชั่วโมง หลังยืนยันการชำระเงิน (ส่งในเวลา 09:00–21:00 น. ทุกวัน)
  • ไม่มีค่าส่ง ลิงก์ไม่หมดอายุ เปิดใช้งานได้ทันทีเมื่อได้รับ

2. บริการรับทำและให้คำปรึกษา

ได้แก่ Done All For You, จ้างทำ Resume + ติวสัมภาษณ์, Profile Audit และโค้ชส่วนตัว 30 วัน

  • หลังชำระเงิน เราติดต่อกลับภายใน 24 ชั่วโมง เพื่อส่งแบบฟอร์มเก็บข้อมูลและนัดเวลา
  • Profile Audit: คุยผ่าน Google Meet ตามวันเวลาที่นัด (จ.–ศ. 19:00–21:00 น. · ส.–อา. 10:00–17:00 น.)
  • Done All For You: ส่งร่างแรกภายใน 7–10 วัน หลังได้รับข้อมูลครบ แก้ไขได้ 2 รอบ ส่งมอบเป็นไฟล์ PDF และลิงก์ Canva
  • โค้ชส่วนตัว 30 วัน: ให้บริการออนไลน์ผ่าน Google Meet ตามวันเวลาที่นัดไว้

3. ถ้ายังไม่ได้รับสินค้า

  • ตรวจโฟลเดอร์ Junk / Spam / Promotions ในอีเมลก่อน
  • ทักเราทาง Messenger หรืออีเมล พร้อมเลขคำสั่งซื้อหรือสลิปการชำระเงิน เราจะส่งให้ใหม่ทันที
  • ถ้าเกิน 3 วัน นับจากวันที่ชำระเงินแล้วเรายังส่งสินค้าดิจิทัลให้ไม่ได้ ขอคืนเงินเต็มจำนวนได้ โดยคืนผ่านช่องทางเดียวกับที่ชำระเงินมา ภายใน 7 วันทำการ
  • ถ้างานบริการล่าช้าเกินระยะเวลาที่ระบุเพราะฝั่งเรา เราจะแจ้งวันส่งใหม่ให้ทราบ ถ้าไม่สะดวกรอ ขอยกเลิกและรับเงินคืนเต็มจำนวนได้ หากยังไม่ได้ส่งร่างแรก · ถ้าล่าช้าเพราะยังไม่ได้รับข้อมูลจากผู้ซื้อ ระยะเวลาจะนับใหม่จากวันที่ได้รับข้อมูลครบ

Delivery Policy (English)

Last updated: 24 October 2026. Tricks Up Salary (tricksupsalary.com), operated by Yuparat Chuenbamroong, sells digital products and online services only. Nothing is shipped physically and there is no delivery fee.

  • Digital products (templates, guides, tools) are delivered as file links by email or Facebook Messenger within 24 hours of payment confirmation (delivery hours 09:00–21:00, Thailand time, every day). Links do not expire.
  • Services (Done All For You, Resume writing + interview coaching, Profile Audit, 30-day coaching): we contact the customer within 24 hours of payment to collect information and book a session. Profile Audit is held on Google Meet at the booked time; Done All For You first drafts within 7–10 days after all information is received (2 revision rounds, delivered as PDF and Canva link). Sessions are held online via Google Meet.
  • If a digital product has not been delivered within 3 days of payment, the customer may request a full refund, returned to the original payment method within 7 business days.
  • If a service is delayed beyond the stated timeframe due to us, we will give a new delivery date. If the customer prefers not to wait, the order may be cancelled for a full refund as long as the first draft has not been delivered. Delays caused by missing customer information restart the timeframe from the date complete information is received.
