นโยบายการคืนเงินและคืนสินค้า (Refund Policy)

1. สินค้าดิจิทัล (เทมเพลต คู่มือ เครื่องมือ)

เช่น Resume Template + Blueprint, Portfolio Template + Blueprint, Influencer Specialist Portfolio Template, Salary Script Pack, Interview Answer Pack, Job Application Tracker ซึ่งส่งมอบเป็นลิงก์ไฟล์

No refund หลังส่งลิงก์ไฟล์แล้ว เพราะสินค้าดิจิทัลคืนสินค้าไม่ได้
ถ้าไฟล์เปิดไม่ได้ ลิงก์เสีย หรือได้รับไม่ครบ ทักเราภายใน 7 วันหลังได้รับ เราแก้ไขหรือส่งไฟล์ใหม่ให้
ถ้าซื้อซ้ำโดยไม่ตั้งใจ (สินค้าเดียวกัน) แจ้งภายใน 7 วัน คืนเงินรายการที่ซ้ำให้เต็มจำนวน
ถ้าเราส่งสินค้าไม่ได้ภายใน 3 วันหลังชำระเงิน ขอคืนเงินเต็มจำนวนได้ (ดู นโยบายการส่งมอบสินค้า)

2. บริการ Consult / Profile Audit / รับทำ

ได้แก่ Profile Audit, Done All For You, จ้างทำ Resume + ติวสัมภาษณ์ และโค้ชส่วนตัว 30 วัน

ยังไม่เริ่มงาน: ขอคืนเงินได้เต็มจำนวน
เริ่มงานแล้ว (เริ่มตรวจโปรไฟล์ เริ่มเขียน หรือคุยรอบแรกแล้ว): No refund เราทำงานตามขอบเขตและจำนวนรอบแก้ไขที่ระบุจนครบ
ถ้าเราไม่สามารถให้บริการตามที่ตกลงได้ด้วยเหตุจากฝั่งเรา คืนเงินเต็มจำนวน
เลื่อนนัดได้ 1 ครั้ง โดยแจ้งล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 24 ชั่วโมง

3. วิธีขอคืนเงินและระยะเวลา

ทักทาง Messenger หรืออีเมล tricks.upsalary@gmail.com พร้อมเลขคำสั่งซื้อหรือสลิป และเหตุผล
เราตอบกลับภายใน 24 ชั่วโมง และแจ้งผลการพิจารณา
คืนเงินผ่านช่องทางเดียวกับที่ชำระเงินมาเท่านั้น (บัตรเครดิต/เดบิต คืนเข้าบัตรใบเดิม · PromptPay หรือโอนเงิน คืนเข้าบัญชีที่ใช้โอน)
ดำเนินการคืนเงินภายใน 7 วันทำการ หลังอนุมัติ กรณีบัตรเครดิต ยอดอาจขึ้นในรอบบิลถัดไปตามเงื่อนไขของธนาคาร

4. สิ่งที่นโยบายนี้ไม่ครอบคลุม

สินค้าและบริการของเราช่วยเตรียมเอกสารและการสมัครงาน แต่ไม่รับประกันผลการสมัครงาน การได้งาน หรือตัวเลขเงินเดือน ผลลัพธ์เหล่านี้จึงไม่ใช่เหตุผลในการขอคืนเงิน
ไฟล์ส่งมอบให้ผู้ซื้อ 1 คน ห้ามแชร์หรือขายต่อ

Refund & Return Policy (English)

Last updated: 24 October 2026. Applies to all products and services purchased from Tricks Up Salary (tricksupsalary.com), operated by Yuparat Chuenbamroong.

Digital products: No refund once the file link has been delivered, as digital goods cannot be returned. Broken or incomplete files reported within 7 days will be fixed or re-sent. Accidental duplicate purchases reported within 7 days are refunded in full. If we fail to deliver within 3 days of payment, a full refund is available.
Consult / Profile Audit / done-for-you services: full refund if work has not started; no refund once work has started (we complete the agreed scope and revisions). Full refund if we cannot provide the service for reasons on our side.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only (card payments back to the same card; PromptPay or bank transfer back to the paying account), within 7 business days of approval. Card refunds may appear on the next statement depending on the issuing bank.
We do not guarantee job offers or salary outcomes; these are not grounds for a refund.
